Tasting Notes
Pale, cloudy yellow.
Aromas of pear, white melon, grapefruit peel, and wet stone.
Fruitier than most Grüner Veltliners with a lot of green pear skin, minerality, and a little lemon zest. This is very accessible and clean for a natural wine with a medium finish.
Enjoy with a nice dinner of grilled porkchops and asparagus, vegetables with Indian or Asian spices, or soft, creamy cheeses.
