Amber with a hint of orange.
Lovely soft notes of cinnamon, baking spices and cola sweetness as well as a roasted character that suggests a savory component with orange peel and a touch of cream.
The palate has a moderate sweetness that is soft, pretty and high toned with light spice and a refreshing bitter finish.
Much lighter than most other red vermouth, this works beautifully as a sipper or when you don't want to overpower a lighter spirit in a cocktail.
